• No Password Collection: We exclusively use Google OAuth for authentication. We do not prompt for, collect, process, or store user passwords at any time.
• Contact Information: Your mobile phone number, provided by you during the initial account setup.
• Usage Data: Your optimization history, credits balance, and payment history securely tracked in our database.
• Platform Identifiers: Your Meesho Supplier ID (automatically detected to map your optimization history to the correct supplier account).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account securely.
• To track your optimization credits and manage your payment history.
• To link your optimizations correctly to your Meesho Supplier dashboard.
• To provide critical customer support related to your account or payments.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase and Supabase/PostgreSQL). We implement rigorous security measures including encryption in transit and at rest to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We only share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as Razorpay for payment processing and Google/Supabase for secure authentication and database hosting) strictly for the purpose of operating the extension.

5. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account, including your email, phone number, credit balance, and history, at any time using the "Delete Account Permanently" button in the extension's dashboard. This action immediately and irrevocably removes your data from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
